Remote access has stopped working

Hello Plex,

Since the update today, my plex server has not been able to connect to the internet and is only assessable inside my local network. I have read all the forums, followed all instructions. Nothing works. When I use port forwarding there is only connection between private and public. Internet still shows as a “red X”.

I normally just use the regular remote access. Please help asap.

are you using upnp or you port forwarded port 32400 in your router ?

And if these things don’t clear up your issues, then report back and someone may be able to help out.
