Remote Access has stopped working

The initial green status doesn’t mean anything. It is green while the server is actually testing the connection and then turns red if the result is negative.

Even so, something could have changed in your own network, or on your server, or at your ISP.

  1. verify that your server’s network connection is labelled “private”. It must not be “public”.
