Remote access no working

Hey guys I’m new to all the Plex Server thing. I have installed in a windows machine and I have follow all the instructions to have the remote access but it’s not working; it marks the Remote Access is not available.

So this is my configuration:

I have the IP of the windows machine in static in the router and in windows. So you guys know what I am missing in the configuration?

Set “External SOURCE port number” to 0 or whatever value that means “any”
