After the last update of plex server in my cloud home, the remote access is not working.
I tried port Fordwarding in my router, but it didn´t work.

I had the same issue when I installed it on my synology NAS. I went ahead and installed the latest beta and it fixed it.
Hi @ignaciodonoso I have reached out to Western Digital to provide them a new version of 1.16.3 that resolves the network issue. In the mean time, you can disable IPv6 on your router to prevent your WD My Cloud Home from getting an IPv6 address.
The issue you are running into this build is that if your PMS device has an IPv6 address, it will cause remote access to fail.

I have heard that disabling IPv6 address is only a temporary solution that is not safe? Not sure if this is true, anyways, I still have a version of Plex that does not allow remote access on my WD my cloud NAS. Should we reach out to WD now to solve the issue?
WD have made v1.16.3.1402 available to users which resolves this remote access issue.

I have the updated version 1.16.3.1402 on my cloud home device and still experience the same issue with the remote access it remains green and then turns red after a period of time I continue to reset but run into the same issue
Hi there, can you try disabling the [ ] Enable server support for IPv6 option in Plex Web and then restarting your MCH?
You can find it it under Settings > Network
hello, I did your recomendation but the issue continue… I had to reset server too, but the result is the same, do you know what will be the issue?
My sever has been unavailable for a couple of weeks now. I have tried the port forwarding, turned off the IPv6, uninstalled, and even made a new account. Nothing has worked. Can someone please help me.
