hi guys, i have a mycloud home 8tb that ive had plex on for 2 years now. ive never had any problems until a few days ago. My WD Mycloud home is still linked to my plex account but plex keeps saying that it is “unreachable”. ive reset the router and the mycloud hoping this would fix it but no luck. if I log into plex by typing my ip adress followed by “:32400” then plex loads and the server is found “locally”. i have it set to be able to allow remote access and allow access on insecure networks, im genuinely lost and confused. sorry for the long post but wanted to give as much info as possible.

I found that @chrisallen’s solution here worked for me: MyCloud Home - no option for secure access
TLDR; Disable IPV6 support in the Network settings.
