Remote Access - Not available outside your network

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9314
Player Version#: 4.143.0

I’m running MyCloudPR4100—Remote Access with the following router Linksys MX4000 v2.0.7.215144

I have tried the various options in the help forums, ie.
I have assigned a fixed IP address to my Plex Server.
Port forwarding to 32400
Toggled the UPnP on and off

However, all of which don’t have an affect.
The status of “Fully accessible outside your network”, may work briefly.
2 minutes at best, but it switches back to " Not available outside your network"

My ISP is BeFibre Ltd
