Remote Access Not Available, Yet It Is

I recently switched ISPs. PMS says Remote Access isn’t available, yet it works just fine. Is there anything I should be doing to have this appear correctly? I’m not sure it ever did with the old ISP, but having wholesale switched everything over, I was curious.

Same WiFi, different modem/provider. Ports remain forwarded as they were before, and everything has been power cycled. This is 24 hours later.

Do you have GeoIP blocking enabled?

These IPs must be allowed in. These IPs are the “Remote Access” testing servers.
Their sole purpose is to open the port you’ve specified and say “hi” to your PMS.
When that happens, your PMS gets happy and stays green :slight_smile:
