I am having the exact same issue, and it started immediately after I updated to 1.15.4.994 (was working fine right up to the update). I followed the troubleshooting on this thread:
did all the suggestions, even set up port forwarding, which i’ve never needed before and when i ‘retry’ it’ll turn green for about 3 seconds then revert back to the red no remote access. Seems to be an issue for both PC & Linux users
