Remote Access not working all of a sudden, but i didnt change settings

Im not sure where to begin with logs and how to get them here, but I have been running a plex server for over 2 years. All my settings stayed default settings and I have never had an issue with the service. 2 different ps4 connect to my library to view media. I do not watch everything with the server and assume everything has been running without issues.

A week ago, I attempted to load my plex app in ps4 and it would not sync, stating the server is offline. I checked my pc and everything is running. I check the site… everything is running. Doesnt even tell me remote access is not working. I rebooted my pc and my entire network. I have changed no settings and again used default settings for the server, yet remote access is not working.

I have no idea where to begin to fix this as I just used default settings and did not change anything and everything “worked right out of the box”. I added my library, synced my console and streamed my media no issue. No settings have been changed, but now I can not, and the server is inaccessible.

Welcome to this issue. It seems like a lot of people can not access remotely anymore.
Since nobody knows why and no Plex-employee is reading along here, we only can wait or use an alternative app instead.

No “settings” have been changed, but when did you update to PMS 1.16.3.1402? Would you say it started once you installed that version? I am still on 1.15.XX Windows 10 w/ no issues. Maybe revert back to an older version (those are saved in the plex folder).
