I have granted access to several of my libraries to a dozen family & friends, no problems. Last week my friends created a plex.tv acct, I helped them activate Plex on their 2 Samsung TVs, tied to their account. I granted access to several of my media shares to their username, we both received the congratulatory emails from plex. When they launch Plex, and select More from the left most menu, my media shares dont appear. How can I go about debugging the situation, why cant they see my media shares?
