I have shared my media with a friend and before they were able to access the media I shared, but now when they go to access it they cannot play it. They are able to play it on their iPad, and I do not know how to fix it so they can watch the media that I have shared. Can someone please help me out?
If they can play it on their iPads that means your remote access and server are working just fine. Issue seems to be either on their TV, their local Plex client or their network…
How do I have them check their plex client?
