I am having problems with my remote access.
For over a year I have been able to access and watch movies outside of my network due to remote access being turned on. Currently I am able to access my server, however, the server automatically forces all traffic outside of my home network to transcode to SD (from 4k, or 1080p etc). Whilst in the Activity Dashboard I have noticed that any file that is playing (again outside of my network) has the ! mark and says file playing at “indirect”. I did a little troubleshooting (to include turning my firewall on & off, making exceptions in the firewall… insuring my router had universal plug & play enabled… and restarting my computer etc… nothing seems to allow me to utilize it outside of my network without throttling the picture & sound quality. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
