Remote access not working in Mac OSX

Remote Access non working on my system (PMS is installed on a Mac OSX liste below).

I’ve tried fixing the external port, and NATing that port in my router.
Telnet from external IP to my public IP/port seems to work (it connects), but in the Plex settings page I’ve the Red message “Not available externally from your network”

Can someone tell me if I can solve this problem in any way?

Server Version#: 1.13.8.5395
Mac OSX Version#: 10.13.6 (Mac OS High Sierra)

same issue here. i have checked the router. It supports UpnP.

Do you just get the red indicator in Plex Web, telling you that Remote Access doesn’t work or did you actually confirm it’s not working?
The indicator is known to be a little slow in some use cases.
