My Plex Media Server has been on a Windows 10 PC, remote access worked perfectly with default settings. I’ve had to move the Plex Media Server to a Mac OSX Mojave. The network infrastructure has not changed, same BT Hub (latest). However now Plex Remote Access does not work. Latest version of all software. Any help gratefully accepted.

Did you setup a manual port forwarding?
Will try, but just wondering what changed moving from PC to Mac?
Hi, sorry about the delaying replying, been travelling. I set up a manual port forward in Plex Server, got a nice big green tick. I exited Plex Server, when I went back in there was a red cross next to remote access 
I refreshed the screen and got a green tick. When I went out and back in I get a red cross
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
