Remote Access not working

Hey guys,

a few months ago the remote access was wokring perfectly fine. Then I got a new PC and also a new Router due to a contract change. About a week ago I tried to enable remote access just like I did before. I opened the necessary plex-port at my “Fritz-Box”, but it didn’t work.
Plex sais that ,y private ip is working (green arrow pointing towards the ip) , but my public ip isn’t. Also my public ip is different to my private and instead of “… : 32400” at the end it has a different port. Is thisd normal? And what can I do to make it work?

Did you change the port forwarding in your new router to match the new computer IP? Plex probably reads something like 192.168.1.002:32400 private and 105.87.123.123:3456 public. Manually specify your port to the 3456 (whatever yours actually reads, these numbers are examples) then go to your router and forward port 3456 for 192.168.1.002 to 32400 both.
