Remote Access not working!

Hello… i have two Plex Servers, one in Zimacube running ZimaOS and the other in Windows 11… yesterday, the ZimaOS server give me a claim issues, e lost the claim to the server… so i erase the server, made a new one, but now i do not have remote connection, fun faxt in plexamp i have the remote connection to the server.
I made a windows server, to test, i can access with limited remote connection, but plexamp does not remote connect to it. Both servers are in Google DNS 8.8.8.8, and the ISP router have the correct portfowarding. I cant figured out what is happening…

Switch to a dedicated Plex Media Server running on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server on your local network. Your life with Plex will be much better and easier.
