First of all, I see you have two network interfaces on your QNAP hooked into the same LAN

Above will ONLY work if you have a switch in front of it supporting LACP/802.3ad

If not, unplug one of the interfaces and restart your QNAP
Secondly, what is the current port set to in PMS, since looks like it’s manual, and port set to 0 ?
