I cannot get Remote Access to work. I have set up port forwarding on my Xfinity router using port 32400 and protocol TCP/UDP. I am also running ExpressVPN.
I would temporarily disable the VPN to see if that is the cause but Xfinity also has an “advanced security” settings which is really just their firewall blocking what they consider bad and they decided to block Plex ports on it so you may need to disable that.
