I recently set up my new Synology DS920+ and installed PMS to run on it. Ever since, it runs only a few seconds to minutes and remote access is shown as not available. I have port 32400 manually set and I have 32400 port forwarded on my router (it was working fine with my old desktop server). So, I have been battling this few a couple of days now until I notice one of my remote clients was watching a video, but Remote Access was still shown as not available. I had another client try and he was able to connect, too.
So, what would make PMS show remote access as unavailable yet still allow remote access? I’m really stumped.
