Remote Access Problem after the last update

We have problems with remote access, it turns on and off by itself and does not give access outside the local network, this happened after the last update of plex media server

I too have the same issue :frowning: I have check my public IP and the port and I can be accessed via the net but Plex remote access still offline

same. been beating my head against a wall for 8+ hours. checked firewall. forwarding. nat issue. ISP. found its plex security issue which isn’t reassuring… hope they patch fast

Same issue.

Remote access does not stay connected (1 second green then turns back red), AND remote access turns itself to DISABLED by itself.

I’m having this same issue.

I am having the same issue, remote server working great (with management) for years, however for about a week GREEN available about outside of network then turns red after 10 seconds. Banging my head trying different solutions, nothing has worked. Nobody outside of my house can access server. Help, please and thank you.

Same issue on a Synology but if I fix the port it seems fine.

I came here to post this - it is odd, only happening in the last week after upgrading to the plex pass - assume a coincidence, but also just not available on local network. Nothing else has changed.

Same here. I had to work with mine to get it to stick even after the downgrade.

Has anyone noticed that this only happens after scheduled tasks are run?

This has happened to me too. Running version 1.19.4.2935 on a QNAP NAS. Will show “Fully accessible outside your network” then after a few minutes goes to “Not available outside your network”. I have manual port forwarding open to 32400 which I’ve tested on http://canyouseeme.org/ and theres no issues there. Don’t have a VPN, don’t have a Firewall. Not sure what the deal is.

I am having the same issue. I have run through all the recommended fixes to no avail. I have some friends that have similar server environments that seem to do fine with the latest update. I am starting to think this is a Plex side problem on the back end.

I to am having this issue, latest server update, Version 1.19.5.3112, was working fine until I updated to this level. have spent half the day troubleshooting, I have exhausted all networking issues ( I work on networks for a living). So far, no one from Plex support has jumped in on this topic.
