Remote Access to my Server is Failing

Server Version#: 1.25.8.5621
Recent updated my Plex server on my Ubuntu box (Ver20). Before the update everything was running smoothly with no issues and then as soon as the update completed, no one could see my Plex server remotely. None of my firewall rules have changed, my network hasn’t changed, and my ubuntu box hasn’t changed. I have tried the following:
-New local IP address on the Plex server
-Was using Plex port 32405, changed to 32400
-Recycled all firewall rules (deleted and recreated)
-Re-run plex update
-Uninstalled and re-installed plex

I have attached debug logs and all plex media server logs.

I also want to mention that my plex server IP address is a static IP address.

Any update to this case? Are you still having this issue? I’m experiencing intermittent disconnects of remote access and trying to see if this is related.

Hi. Yes. I was able to resolve this issue. Turns out my firewall was the cause of all my issues. Changed over to a different brand and everything started working fine. I was using a SonicWALL with no security services and apparently there is some backend programing that throttles and causes these kinds of issues. I would check your firewall, and possibly try a different model if you can.
