I’ve tried the following and haven’t made any progress. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Set comp to static, Port forwarding, called isp and had them put modem into bridge mode and bought a night hawk router, tried port forwarding again, even port forwarded the modem just in case of a double nat

Have you tried to set a port manually over the web-interface and then forward that port on your Router to your PC/Server?

No sir, I have only tried port forwarding on the modem and router. How do I do that?
