I’ve been using Plex for a while and have never had an issue remote accessing my media but the other day it just stopped and I cannot access my media outside of my network?
I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing works?
Am I missing something?

Do you have port forwarding set up ?
If you dont ! Try it.
If you do turn it off in plex/setting/remote access/Manually specify public port !
If you’re relying on uPnP (most modern routers have it), I find some routers get confused sometimes. On my Netgear router, for example, sometimes I have to turn uPnP off, and then turn it back on…which appears to force the router to refresh whatever cache it must be using…after my server changes IP (or changes back to an IP it had already used before).
