Remote Access recently stopped working consistently

Player Version#: All remote (Roku/Firestick mostly)
Plex is fully accessible from the same network but remote access is spotty at best. This issue just started a few weeks ago. It’ll work on mobile devices and clients that I’ve changed to allow insecure connections. But… I can sit and watch it work for about 5-10 minutes and then lose its accessibility. I’ve rebooted my server PC, router, and the clients themselves. 32400 is set up correctly in my firewall and router. And its worked properly for years. I also downgraded my server (tried 1.19 and 1.18) with no success in resolving this issue.
