i need help setting remote access for plex
my att modem BGW210-700 is already set to bridge mode i also have a third party router
synology RT2600ac
plex has been installed on a synology nas DS918+ that is connected to the att modem
i tried setting my nat gaming configuration with allow remote connection for a moment to find that it has been dropped shortly after

i completed step 1
but after applying step 2 plex does not connect to server
i got the nas ip address in /control panel / info center / network / and scroll down to lan1 ip address
that is where the att modem is hardwired
the nas is hardwired to the att modem
is that the ip address that i am supposed to use?

i have decided to remove the synology router and only use the att modem to simplify my life
so for the / nat gaming setting / application hosting entry / what do i choose when ask NEEDED BY DEVICE ?
please i already spent 20 hours on this and i still get not available outside your network
