Unable to configure remote access

Hi,

I’m unable to set up the remote access on my Plex server, I tried following the guides, but without success, I’m pretty desperate…

Here’s what I have:
I have a modem-router given to me by my ISP, but it’s router functionality is crappy - let’s call it HotBox.
I also have an Asus RT-5300 router.

The Asus is connected to the HotBox via LAN, and all my devices (including the PC running the Plex server) are connected wirelessly to the Asus router.

I figured that this is a double-NAT situation, so, I contacted my ISP, and together we changed the mode of the HotBox from router to Bridge.

Figured this would solve the problem but it didn’t…I’m still getting: “Not available outside your network”

What am I doing wrong? I’m clueless…

Thanks,
Idan.

Are you trying to setup in automatic mode or using " Manually specify public port"?

For automatic, make sure UPnP is enabled on your router. For manual, you need set up port forwarding in your router with matching IP’s and port as you entered into PMS.

Please provide specific details on what your current settings are so we can see wwat you’ve done.
