Remote Access Trouble Shooting.

Hi,

I am running Plex on a Synology server. DS3612XS. Have been running it for 4 years without issue. For the past week, I have been unable to resolve the issue with remote access.

My router automatically forwards to the correct place.

I am aware of the multiple threads on this subject and I have tried most of what has been suggested by others who have reported the same problem. I have always had a static IP address from my ISP and a static IP address for my server. I have uninstalled Plex and reinstalled it, reset my router, cleared the UPNP lists, added and removed firewall permissions, added and removed manual port forwarding etc.

I can use the mobile apps, with the relayed connections, but my family can not use the smart TV apps. I can also connect via browser from outside of the home.

Nothing has changed from within my setup, no hardware has been changed and I am running the latest version.

I am starting to pull my hair out with it.

I have attached the logs and hope they are the correct ones.

Thanks for replying.

Have one connection, by ethernet.

TV’s arent in the same premises. These are remote connections that can no longer connect. Hence the issue.

Its a 64 bit.

I have tried rebooting the router. I have even tried turning off the WiFi so there are no mobile devices, laptops connected and unplugged any wired devices with no change.
I have also, as per the images above, tried manually setting the ports to 32400 and port forwarding it.

Have enabled and disabled remote connectivity a lot over the past week.

If you look back to the images you will note that I have put two sets of images on the original post. one set that has no manual configuration of the port with an image showing the router automatically forwarding the public port of 12191 to 32400 and one set of images with manual port forwarding set on both plex and the router.

Here is a fresh set of logs. I manually downloaded the x64 for Intel version from the Plex website and did a manual install on the Synology server.

This is going to be the most ridiculous question, but, how do you contact Plex (support) directly? If I choose support from the drop down link it directs me back to these forums! :confused:
