Remote access unavailable

There’s no reason to keep UPNP activated if you go with a manual port forward (unless you need it for some other service).

That basically means it’s not working.
Plex keeps the “positive” status while running the remote access connectivity check and only switches it once it’s confirmed not to work.

Plex only needs TCP.

As for troubleshooting…

  1. Can you access/see the forwarded port from outside your home network (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org)?
  2. Does the public IP recognized by canyouseeme.org match your router’s WAN IP (public IP) and the public IP listed on your PMS’s remote access settings?
