Remote access via direct connection not working with IOS but works with Web app on a PC

I’ve got Remote Access configured and working on my Ubuntu PMS ( Version 1.13.8.5395) and can directly access from a remote location using a Windows machine and the Web App. However when I try to use the iOS app on an iPhone or iPad, it will only connect via Relay. I get the message Video quality limited: a direct connection to the server is not available. I tried to manually specify a server using my public IP address and port and get an Error code: -1001. Both remote devices (Windows and iPhone) are on the same network so it’s not an issue with ISP etc.

Everything looks OK in PMS settings. Any ideas on how to debug this?
