Okay, so this is weird. my friend is streaming something from my server right now. But, plex says this" Not available outside your network
Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network."
Just reboot it and will see if anything changes

sudo ufw disable
Uncheck the Manually specify… and click retry / re-enable the remote access
