Cannot configure remote access to my server
all ports is forwarded but still no access to sever
please can you help?
@co0l3r What kind of router do you have? Is your firewall on your router or on another device? What are you running your PMS on?
If you go to canyouseeme.org on your server, enter the port for plex, do you get success or failure?
I tried can you see me other services working propertly like rdp ssh but plex not
Did Cayouseeme tell you that its cant see port 32400 (i think it is)?
Basic checks (what is your router?) is that port forwarding to your server’s IP address?
Is your server on a static IP address?
Have you allowed the PLEX app through allowed apps on the windows firewall for Domain, Private and Public?
What OS are you using on your server?
Problem solved after fresh installation on ubuntu server.
Problem was not in router/firewall some kind of bug in plex. Fixed by reinstall

Why not all posters loaded? Im going inside poster exist but on the main page i see a screenshot or just no photo
Why plex doesnt group film in parts? For example star wars
To do that you need to create collections.
When you edit the item, you will see a collections box type star wars.
Then edit the next star wars film. Then when you go to movies, filter by collection.
Plex organises alphabetically.
As for missing posters, it can take a long time for plex to download the info and assign to a movie. You should see a processing bar along the bottom.
This will take a while depending on the amount of files/data you have.
The other way to get around grouping is edit the name of the file.
For example put Star Wars: Episode 1 then they should be next to each other in the library.
Yes in english im not English my native language is Russian and all movies i have i vant to be named in my language ;( i installed a russian plugin kinopoisk.ru it detects names correctly but in group the names are not alphabetical in this moive. P.S. I did not found a progress bar or group button you talking about
