I have been unable to get my remote access to work. I keep getting an error message saying " Not available outside your network" I have tried the port forwarding option. but still nothing is working. I have even called my internet provider (Comcast) thinking maybe they are blocking the transmission. They said all their stuff is open and clear on their side. I have followed the learn more tool and still not able to get it working. I would love any direction in this matter.

What O/S does PMS run on? If you are on Windows then temporarily disable Windows firewall and check again… But failing that you need to offer some details of your set-up.
Had the same issue since many weeks . Plex Server version 1.9.2 , Windows is the OS.
Thought it was my firewall or router etc issue. After a lot of debugging confirmed that is not the OS / Firewall or router issue.
Downgraded my Plex server version to 1.8.2 and it started working . Assuming something to do with 1.9.xx versions .
will wait for future versions , hopefully this issue is fixed.
