@razvan.constantin On a side note, do you have a like on setting that up please?
how to see the info as per ur screenshot?
Thanks!
Thanks, it’s working fine now.
Working now (since at least 02:30pm EDT, USA)!
Thanks Plex! Your focus on fixing is MUCH appreciated!!! My Plex Weekend Warrior friends and family will certainly appreciate it!!!
Not sure what help you’d like however, since you posted here and certificates have been at the heart of remote access problems.
I have reset your certificate.
Restart the server.
If this doesn’t resolve it. Log files ZIP will be needed
its been 3 days sadly i cannot use remote access ive reset plex 3 times reset my synology and nothing what could i do???
I have reset your server’s certificate. (making sure that’s not a problem)
Restart the server please.
okay im resetting my synology ill let you know when its up
i still cant i tried port fowarding but my router doesnt support it which is what spectrum said
The modem/router does not support UPNP ?
it does but i was told to port foward 49200 and spectrum said they cant do it for my device so im really confused
as of now im just stuck on connecting server
Which model modem do you have ? I’ll go pull the manual for it
You have a modem which instantiates the LAN segment (one layer of NAT).
The router creates another layer of NAT (because it’s a router).
Please forgive me but I’m going to unwind here a bit and start over from the beginning.
- What are the LAN IP addresses of these two devices and what’s plugged into what ? (please include your server’s LAN address)
- Has this ever worked before ?
how can i check the lan ips and it has worked before the thing expired
what’s plugged directly into the cable modem? You want to see the IP address of anyt one of those devices.
The same is true for anything plugged into the router.
(I’m assuming you’re letting the devices hand out IP addresses - DHCP ?)
ugh… worked before the certs expired.
I need logs ZIP please (restart the server - wait 2 minutes - Pull the logs manually if you have to)
