Love the product! I’m using the desktop player on an iMac (10.13.6) using Ethernet over PoE.
The remote control option (allow player to be controlled by other devices) keeps resetting to the off position each time I start my computer. Is there a reason for this and what change could I test to fix the issue (basic network config settings etc). Thanks
We’ve fixed this in the next release, but it generally indicates that the remote control subsystem was unable to start up. Your logs might have more details.
