So I have an nvidia shield as my server, have my external drive connected to my router, my sister install plex on her Xbox one, everything works great but when playing a movie the quality of the movie is super bad not even close to 720, I have my settings to the highest quality off video so I don’t know what it can be, help anyone please. Thanks
You may need to go into settings on the plex app on the xbox. There, by default, they are set low. You can bump it up to original or choose 720, 1080 at diff bit rates. That should help.
