When i try to watch any movieoutsite home i cant see the better quality for that movie (in home i can watch the better quality ) , if the movie is 1080 or 4k i think it is 360 quality outsite . I test that things on PS4 PS5 LG WEBOS, the server is 100% accesible. Any suggestion?

can you verify if the remote stream is possibly relayed? this can happen if the client cannot see/access your server directly – in that case Plex will display the stream as indirect on the server’s “Now Playing” dashboard.
