Hi, i’m use Plex many many years, but since last year if I use Plex Microsoft app or Web version the remote quality is only 720p no more, but if i use android app in tv or mobile i can chose every quality “1080p, 4k”. Also if use Android emulator in the PC is the same, i can chose every quality so i dont understand why the Web or Microsoft app no is available more quality options.
