Recently, I bought Remote Watch Pass, and when watching movies remotely from my Plex media server, the maximum quality is 328p? Any suggestions?
The remote pass allows you to connect remotely but, as I understand it, the quality is dependant on your device and connection speed.
Sounds like your remote access setup might have an issue. Possibly your connection is only indirect / using a Plex Relay.

Thanks both for your quick reply. Nothing seems to work. On Windows desktop PLEX, the most I can get is 328p.
I’ve just tried… On the iOS PLEX app, I can watch movies in their original version, even in 4K, but on the Windows PLEX, the maximum is 328p.
In Plex for Windows Desktop on the remote PC, check Settings → Plex for Windows → Quality. Make sure Internet Streaming → Video Quality = Maximum.
When streaming from the Windows PC, monitor the stream via Plex Dashboard → Now Playing + Expanded View.
Is the stream Local/Remote/Indirect? If Indirect, then it is using Plex Relay, which is limited to 1 Mbps (2 Mbps w/ a Plex Pass).
