Remote user connect to library and no shared folders show up

I added a remote user to my plex server and when they log in, they see no folders for the content. They use a roku player. I have other users that can access the server remotely with no issues. What setting am I overlooking?

Have them check if the shared library is listed in the More section of their client’s main navigation.
