Remote User on Samsung TV(s) issue

I have a remote user who recently had a power outage and since then x3 Samsung TVs are unable to stream from my server. I preface this as unable to stream, because on their homescreen of Plex the “recently added” sections are still being updated daily with changes made on my Plex server. Things I have tried thus far:

Ensured under remote users account on Plex app Settings > Advanced > anything related to insecure connections was set to always.

No option to delete data/cache from the Plex app under Samsung TV settings, only options are to re-install or delete. Have attempted both

Created a brand new Plex user account for them under a different email address

Changed TV settings to use Wired vs Wireless

Factory reset the Samsung TV(s)

Power drained each Samsung TV for up to 10 mins

This remote user however CAN access my plex server via a PC on their network via browser, on their phones via app and also on a 4th smartTV that is not Samsung. Additionally many other remote users in different regions have had no issues connecting to my Plex server

To me this points to the issue being local to the SamgsungTVs. For generalization 2 of the 3 SamsungTVs are Q8s both on firmware 5.91.0.

Does anyone have suggestions on logging on either my Plex server or their user account from the Plex App on Samsung I could look at to determine what the issue is, or any other suggestions abroad to get Plex back working?

Resolved by enabling allow insecure connections from a different device for the account (mobile phone) then on the SamsungTV Plex app under settings, reset app

So the user has to log into their account on their phone browser or a computer using the website (plex[dot]tv) and change the insecure settings on their account?

Edit: looks like they’d have to change something on the mobile phone app, not seeing the settings for my test user account on a web browser, then reset the Samsung app on the TV.
