Remote users can’t access server after migration to new machine

This happened when I activated my instance of Plex Server on a new Mac Mini and retired the old one. Users reported not seeing my server, and it said they had access to 5 libraries but when clicking the users it showed none as selected. So once I selected all the libraries it gives an error. It seems there might be some kind of artifact from the old server, because I had to re-create the libraries for remote disk access upon the migration. Meanwhile, they’re still unable to connect. The new server uses the same IP addresses, both local and remote, with all the same port settings, and it says it’s reachable.
