Repeated Playback error during show

I am having difficulty playing several shows on one particular client. My other clients seem to play it fine.
The client is an LG C2 smart TV.

its app is the Plex for LG
Client version 5,85.0
Platform version is 8.3.0

I hope I added the client logs appropiately.
