I was having a lot of difficulty getting plex to correctly have the 1980 battlestar galactica series. I came across this thread.
The thread is old and locked but I think the problem might have been that he had it named Battlestar Galactica (1980), when it should be just named Galactica (1980).
I had three shows Battlestar Galactica (1978), Battlestar Galactica (1980), and Battlestar Galactica (2003). The 1978 and 2003 shows showed up fine next to each other, but I could not figure out why the 1980 show didn’t show up. I found that plex forum post and they suggested things like forced scanning and such. I tried everything and finally realized the title of the 1980 show does not include the word battlestar. You just remove it and the show will show up fine. If you open the thread I could put that suggestion so if people stumble upon that thread they can get a good suggestion as to why the 1980 series isn’t showing up.
