Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Plex, he doesn’t found some movies in my folder and I don’t know why. I respect all specifications to add movies but anything work…
I decided to reset all preferences of my Plex to start another time with default preferences.
It will be useful or not ? If someone had answer for me ?
I really need help because Plex doesn’t see all my new movies or TVShow in my folders…

I’m not sure because Plex see some movies but not my new add movies… I don’t know why.
Please do the following:
Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced
a. Make certain DEBUG logging is checked (enabled)
b. Make certain VERBOSE logging is not checked (disabled)
Restart PMS
Wait about 1 minute for it to startup and settle.
Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
Attach that ZIP file.

Your logs show me VERBOSE is still ON. Please remember to click SAVE when making changes.
I do see Plex finding new TV Series. I do not see it scanning movies.
Does user plex have access to the files? ( Linux is very strict about security on Synology)
If you changed the names after they were scanned, PMS won’t detect the new names. You will need move the files to a different area, “Scan Files”, “Empty Trash” and “Clean Bundles” before moving them back to be scanned again.

Sorry to logs Verbose on, I’m French and I used Plex Web in French so I didn’t understand where found Verbose options.
I finally found it, turn Verbose unchecked and I send you again them :

Yes Plex scan TV Series but It miss one serie which is (The bureau -> Le bureau des légendes in French) Maybe Plex doesn’t found it in French. I will try to rename it in English and scan it again…
Normally User Plex is correctly configure. Plex have access to my folder (write/read) so, all access.
Which agent are you using for television series? It should be TheTVDB.
There are no TheTVDB logs present.
If you’ve tried with the French name, please try English.
I was rebuilding my QA library so added The Bureau to it. It is fine. I added 4 seasons of 20 episodes each (not certain if correct or not).

you may need to move the media files out, scan, empty trash, clean bundles, rename, then move back into position.
I even try it, but didn’t work…
with my names and structure, exactly as shown? ( 1 episode of the first season will demonstrate)
No I didn’t use exactly the same structure but I don’t know why I necessarily use this structure because it for some other movie or series I’m not used this this structure and it work… But I really think that problem of my plex isn’t this

Just because your structure may work most of the time, there is no guarantee it will work all the time.
What I suggested is the naming and structure as documented
I use FileBot to name and structure my media. It is quite painless.
The media is stored under /nas/tv
The FileBot naming rule is:
/nas/tv/{n}/Season {s.pad(2)}/{n} - {s00e00} - {t}
Everything is verified by FileBot (using TheTVDB first) then renaming after you accept (click Rename). It will move the media into the structure for you.
{n} = Name
{s} = Season ; '.pad(2)' pads to 2 digits with with leading zero
{t} = Episode title
Yeah I already read this document and I use it now to name my fields. 
How can I use FileBot on Synology ?
P.S. : One more time… I uninstalled Plex totally, install it again and it’s didn’t worked… no changes

When I add a new folder at my library “Films” Plex find my files :
As you can see Top Gun is find when it’s in the folder Video :
I don’t know why Plex can’t see my files inside my usbshare3.
