Reset Local Downloads Library

Hi all,

After a recent upgrade of my client, my downloads tab now gives a “there was an unexpected error” error when I click on it. The movies are still listed in the library tab with the download icon, and I can delete them and select a movie to download and watch no problems. It’s just purely the tab.

Persists despite a reinstall of both the server and the client, and also not reproducible on another Win10 device running the same version on a different PC.

What do I need to delete to completely reset the downloads library on Windows and completely start over?

Delete the data folder of Plex for Windows. (while the software is closed!)
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex

DON’T confuse this with
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server
!!! Or you will lose your whole library and server configuration!
