Reset password, no server available. Can't claim or start new one

I decided to change my Plex pasword yesterday and sign out of all devices. Now when I sign back in, I get a screen that says Add your media to Plex with a Get Plex Media Server button even though I am going into my plex docker (binhex plexpass). When I click on Settings, it shows no server options at all.

Everything worked fine until I changed my password. I even tried seting up a new server on my windows and mac desktop, but when logging in, I get the same error.

I don’t even care about saving any server information at this point, I can set it back up and have watch history reset and everything.
