Wherever I am in Plex Web, if I hit the browser refresh (F5 in Firefox), I am presented with the Select User page. There should be no reason to see that page in that situation.

How was it resolved?
click auto sign in if you don’t want to see the user picker and have it go to last user.
if you have your browser set to wipe out cookies and such when closed/leave site/etc that pref will get wiped from browser
so if the admin was the last to sign in then it would automatically sign in who ever tried giving them the ability to do whatever.
there has to be a better way to do a refresh?

a refresh is no different than closing the browser and reopening it then going to the page again
clarify
Admin was last user signed in. (auto sign in is enabled) closes browser and walks away
another user opens browser and clicks the Plex bookmark and it auto signs them in.
That user is now signed in as Admin and shouldn’t be. and has the ability to do whatever.
A refresh should do just that, refresh the current page, not as you suggested close the browser and start over.
