The only way would be to either
- do the Plex Dance
- create the collections manually https://support.plex.tv/articles/201273953-collections/
That doesn’t sound right.
Try a different avenue:
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - ‘Plex Movie’
then click on the small cogwheel icon at the end of the line ‘Plex Movie’
