Resume is no longer working and audio is strange

I have been using Plex for a couple of weeks and it has been working fine. However, the ‘Resume’ option no longer works, and it instead just restarts the media. As well as this, I am having an audio issue.

So far, it is only present in the Mandalorian. But, when I play it on my computer, it works perfectly fine. However, on my Firestick, the environmental sounds and music are so loud in comparison to the speech that you cannot hear what any of the characters are saying. Is there a way to fix this?

Maybe try this to fix the resume issue? It seemed to work for me.
