Roku can't having playback error when Preroll is enabled

Server Version#: 1.21.0.1410
Player Version#: 6.6.12.662

When Pre-Roll is enabled, the following error occurs:

“Playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors. Please check your connection and try again”

Not sure when it started, but pretty recently I think. It used to play correctly with this preroll activated. Nothing changed in that regards. Happening to multiple users with Rokus. Not happening with other players. Disabling the Preroll results in playback happening normally.

Same, I was using Halloween pack of pre-rolls. Removed them, refreshed, had client refresh and its working

I grabbed that same pack and am having errors. I wonder which file is bad. Plex doesn’t seem to log anything about preroll errors.
